Review of BLUE LED Flash Tyre Wheel Valve Cap Light for Car Bike bicycle
They light up at night and stand out. Highly recommend especially on busy streets. I bought several extras, but haven't had to use them. They last!

Best Polar RS300X Heart Rate Monitor Watch (Orange) Deals

First, let me say that if you are interested in this heart rate monitor watch, it is probably because you will be using it mainly for the heart rate monitor. However, I would have liked to see a LITTLE more flexibility to use it as both a heart rate monitor AND a watch at the same time. Perhaps I haven't quite figured out how to easily switch between the clock and the actual timers, but it isn't a big deal if you don't mind that. It's certainly not a deal breaker by any means.
I haven't dug into the features too much at this point, but I have used it for over 30 sessions of weight lifting and running, and everything works really well. Some people have said there is interference at times, but I have yet to run into anything like that. I rinse it off after every workout, and even washed it in the washer once already. So far, the strap itself has worked pretty well, though I wish it would stay up a little more in the back. I have a wide back so I can't really blame the strap, and having something resembling suspenders would be a little absurd. Additionally, when using it for weight lifting, because of the necessary location of the strap, it can get in the way on barbell benchpress, barbell bent rows, or other exercises that might come in contact with your lower chest.
The watch is light, and I like the color because it is never hard to find. Sure, it would look a little goofy to wear out and about as a general purpose watch, but this thing wasn't made for that. The buttons are all very easy to press, though sometimes the main lap button at the bottom (red button) has not read my perceived button press. Perhaps this is user error on my part, as I can't be positive because generally it is right after I finish a sprint that I press it. Your results may vary, but 98 out of 100 times, it works perfectly for me. I love the breakdowns and flexibility this thing gives, and it was nice to see it tell me that my fitness level was "elite."
Would definitely recommend for someone who wants the flexibility and precision of a great heart rate monitor watch.
I sent it back to Polar where they are fixing it. They are also charging me $25 for a battery and $8 to ship it back to me. Evidently you can not just take this watch anywhere to get a new battery (I called and talked to them about this). The expectation is that you ship the watch into them every year and a half for a new one and pay $32.45. The band they are replacing free since that is a defect and it is still under warranty but what about four months from now when it is cracked again. If you are willing to pay polar every time it needs and battery or a new band, this is the watch for you.

Well, it's been more than a month since I purchased this item and has worked well. The Polar wearlink is very confortable and can be adjusted to your chest size, plus you can change the battery yourself, not need to send it to polar factory. The instruction could be a little tricky but people learn more during practice than in theory. What I mean is, take your time to follow the booklet presing the different button and you will get everything in a very short time. For those who have experienced misreadout of your heart rates, it also happened to me. Sometimes I was doing easy cardio and my HRM would jump to 200 beats per minutes and I knew that was wrong, other times I would be doing really hard cardio and it would read zero 0. Well I read the trobleshooting portion of the instructions and it says that I must soak in water the wearlink and that I have to clean it everytime after use. I just run the wearlink under my faucet, dry with a towel a bit and that's it, it works perfect everytime, and I use it 5 times a week. I do not put it in the washing machine. Over all, it will help you understand if you are doing thisng right and not lacking and wating time during your cardio o exercise program.Best Deals for Polar RS300X Heart Rate Monitor Watch (Orange)
I bought this when I started losing weight to get a more accurate measure of my calorie burn since the machines in the gym always seem to be inflated! It has helped me ensure that my cardio puts me in the right heartrate zone and tracks my calorie burn for a week which lets me know if I am behind or ahead for weight loss that week so I can alter my program along the way! I love it!Honest reviews on Polar RS300X Heart Rate Monitor Watch (Orange)
This is my second Polar watch. I like the hrm and the features but I wanted to make sure everyone knows about the customer service and hidden fees in this model and probably several of the latest models. My first polar watch I replaced because the band became discolored and I thought I would upgrade. This one the band cracked. The black part of the band is a different plastic than the orange and cracked within the first four months of wearing it.I sent it back to Polar where they are fixing it. Ok. Good looking and nice solution to have 3 rows for information. But the signal has been disappearing (losing contact between the watch and the sensor) exactly when i need it... I expected better quality for paying more than other similar devices. Also, navigation could be simpler (perhaps I'm the problem regarding it)...Sunday, May 25, 2014
Cheap Shimano FD-5703 105 Triple Front Derailleur (10-Speed)
Replaced my old 105 Frt derailleur. This 105 has more support in the places the old one did not, so, I'm sure it'll last the life of the bike.

I can't keep up with the neighborhood kids, they take it for a spin all the time and don't leave enough battery juice. I taught them to plug in to the charger after every ride. All kids can handle it very well. It's fast and screaming fun to ride. I ride it too, and it moves pretty well with my weight 170 lbs. Bought one first and soon had to get a second one... I have twin boys, and they like to race each other. It's very stable, well built, handles turns like a race car. I wish it had more battery time 45 minutes seems too short. Razor scooters proved to be durable. So far so good.

Easy to assemble and well made. No thin metal here. Buy your kid safe gear. After 3MPH this thing kicks in. My 8 year granddaughter likes it. Status symbol trike. I'm surprised by the positive reviews on this bike, especially regarding stability. You can stand next to it and tip it over without much effort since it has such a slender frame and tiny rear wheels. Being maneuvered by a top-heavy toddler, it's not stable at all, especially compared to other toddler bike designs. For an otherwise very strong and athletic kid, it surprises me that my son has trouble with this bike, but maybe it is because he's also very tall? Not sure, but I have to be right next to him as he plays with it in case he takes a tumble and now I definitely need to go out and get a helmet for him. I thought he could putter around the house on it for fun, but not so much.
This is a trike with one of the lowest weight capacities of any I've seen. Even if it "expands" in size, the bike probably won't support a growing child weight-wise. And frankly, the skinny seat doesn't look as comfortable (or as healthy for a boy, anyway) as a number of other options out there. I'd personally also prefer a removable handle, so will probably go get a version with one of those. Even from the same company, they have a model that is lower to the ground with a wider wheel base, a larger seat, a removable handle and also a much higher weight capacity.
All in all, very disappointed with this one and wish I had done more research before buying what looked like a cute little toddler bike. And I now see that Radio Flyer has drastically cut the price on this particular model, so I wouldn't be surprised if they are getting rid of it.
Why my Kids LOVE IT
-It is soooooo small that my 1.5 year old can use it.
-It is small enough to be less intimating to even young children.
-Easy to use-no brakes-they just peddle backwards
-easy to navigate with. Their other little bikes are more likely to tip over-and these have never.
Why Mom LOVES IT
-Good buy
-Good build
-Easily adjustable-as in-you pull a lever and lengthen or shorten it-so you can change it back and forth for different sized little ones.
-No AIR in tires-no bike pumps, etc.
-They can ride them inside and outside.
-They're light enough to carry in and out if need be.
-Don't leave marks on "my" floorwe have hardwoods that have a moderate amount of imperfections-they are not model home quality (after three kids)-so if these bikes leave marks they are minor enough to blend in with any normal wear.
Only issue-
On hardwoods and with enough space-they can get going fast enough to warrant a helmet.

This is our second grow n' go bike. Our first game from a yard sale. I got tired of my children by-passing the (seemingly) 1,000 other peddle-toys to fight over this little bike. We have an open main floor and my children ride these little bikes around and around a 'track' from our dining room-kitchen-lviving room and back. Why my Kids LOVE IT

Product overall was very cute and my grandson loved it and can already ride it because you could easily adjust the seat. My only concern is that he may not be able to ride it as long as he would with a different bike. The customer service from the company was terrific. We didn't receive the bike on the day we were suppose to even though all the paperwork and tracing the package said it was delivered. I called the company and they sent out another one. They were fantastic. They even sent it overnight so I could receive it in time for Christmas. Great customer service.Honest reviews on Grow 'N Go Balance Bike
I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. It is a little more unstable than a tricycle and the pedals seem to be a little smaller than the tricycle too. He really doesn't seem to mind though, he has been spending a lot of time on it!Monday, January 27, 2014
Buy Sunlite Thorn Resistant Bicycle Tube 700 x 18-23 (27 x 1) 32mm
I ride a lot (19.2 miles into work and 19.2 miles home) mostly on closed course bike paths. I've had my share of flats with other tubes but with these... The tubes are practically tires by themselves.
For those who say that these will add to your mile time... When it comes to shaving weight, start with the rider. I'm well over 200# and can still average 20mph into work on the first two rides of the summer. I'm hoping that as the season progresses I'll be able to drop my excess pounds. If shaving 3oz. off my tubes can get me to 20.5mph, by the time I drop 30lb from my less than aerodynamic paunch perhaps I could reach 40mph... or perhaps not.
I have not had a flat since installing these, (over 850 miles). I typically ride between 20 and 50 miles almost every day.
I've heard all of the arguments against these tubes. Yes, they are heavier than those light weight racing tubes, but I'll tell you what, If you and I are riding the same race, and we are physically equal, you might be leading me by f seconds at the end of 20 miles. However, if you have a flat, I'll pass you and win the event while you are still repairing your light weight tube. Also, I can skip a snack the night before, and lose those extra few ounces and make us equal again.

I am riding desert roads, and let me tell you what: that they are the nastiest around, cracks, pot holes, sharp objects, and other obstacles. In results, I had 6 flats in one day, since the inner tube was beyond repairs,I came back 4 hours later. I was impressed when I received it, I was expecting a little higher quality inner tube and instead I had ultra thick heavy duty tube, I have been riding it for 60 miles so far without any problems, and decide to upgrade the back also as well, considering the price it is a awesome deal. However one regret, manufacturer should have extend the stem to an extra 10mm, the actual stem size made it hard to inflate on my new alloy rim.Best Deals for Sunlite Thorn Resistant Bicycle Tube 700 x 18-23 (27 x 1) 32mm
Seems to keep thorns out but it is a little challenging to install due to its thickness. I hope it gets easier, but, then again, I should never need to replace it, right?Honest reviews on Sunlite Thorn Resistant Bicycle Tube 700 x 18-23 (27 x 1) 32mm
In fairness this should be 3.5 stars: I rounded down because lots of others gave it 5 but this needs to be noted. Yes... it is very heavy-duty and I have not yet flatted on them--but they are REALLY heavy. Put them on both tires, and you might see your average speeds go down .3-.5 mph. So if you are a city commuter and losing a minute or two doesn't matter... they're great. If you're concerned about pace (not just races: but keeping up with your Saturday morning group...) then note that this IS a trade-off. They take a bit of elbow grease to mount...Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Sunlite Thorn Resistant Bicycle Tube 700 x 18-23 (27 x 1) 32mm
