This is the tool I needed to rebuild my wheel, and it works as described. However, my only complaint is that the label/sticker on the handle that identifies the sizes easily comes up/peels off and I need to keep sticking it back down.
Plastic body appears tough I've used tools with rubbery handles that become gummy and sticky and fall apart but it doesn't appear that that will be an issue with this tool.

If you don't have one, get one. Nice addition to a toolbox. Has the right sizes for truing those pain to true carbon wheels. Fits perfectly in the nipple opening. Does the job!
