We got this cool trike for our son's 2nd birthday. It is the baddest trike on the block for sure! He absolutely loves it. The only down side is that he can't ride it on his own because his legs aren't quite long enough to reach. It is solid and durable, top notch materials went into this trike!

this trike looks good but is mechanically impractical-the strongest of kids wont be able to peddle this on their own. My son is a strong 3 yr old and has to be pushed to move on this.

Honest reviews on Polaris Dragon Trike

Do not buy this bike! It looks cool but definitley not worth the 75 dollars that I paid. You would think for this amount of money the bike would at least be a decent quality, it is not, it only looks cool, but that's about it. However, my biggest issue with this product is that the original bike box was so beat up and taped in so many places that it was clearly returned many times over, and that Amazon had no problem just putting this box inside the other and shipping it to us without even inspecting it. The box is missing HALF of the main components in order to put it together. And yes, I know that i could call the manufacturer and have them ship us the missing parts, however, is that what I paid $75 for a brand new bike??? I don't think so.

As far as excitement goes it's great that other kids get excited, but don't think just because there are a lot of positive reviews that your kid will "absolutely love" this bike mine could care less.

Another comment is about the age 2-5 years? Seriously? My kid is 21 months, and in the 90th percentile for hight, he is no where near reaching the pedals, and will be just as far from them 3 months from now. I read that most kids at 2 can't reach the pedals, but mine is also about 4 inches short of reaching the floor as well, so there is no way for him to "cruize" around in this half put together, China made, with LEAD warning label on it, 75 dollar bike.

Don't spend your time or money!

i bought these for my youngest tow boys that are 3 & 4 and they are a lil small. and they out grew them with in 2 months of having them. i was expecting a bit bigger of a bike so if your kid is taller then 3 foot 5 i wouldnt reccomend the bike. if they are shorter then that great. It is a sturdy bike and one of the set backs is both of my bikes i ordered didnt come with instructions to put them together so i had to look at the pic on the box.

Avenir Smooth Presta 60mm Valve Tube
Customer Ratings: 3.5 stars

I ride 120+ miles per week, sometimes more. I bought my last tube in September and am buying some more for backup for some longer rides I'm about to do. Love the long valves, easier to pump up.

Updating after 7 months of usage... recently these have begun to pop more often and I'm going to switch to Michelin or Fuji to give them a try. Moving from 5 to 4 stars for now.

I have purchased 4 of these tubes. Two, I had no problems with. On the other two, I was not so lucky. One developed a pin hole leak for no obvious reason but I was able to patch it. The other, I never got a chance to use because of a split seam which could not be patched. This is the way it came directly out of the box. I plan on using other brands in the future. There seems to be a lack of quality control in the production of this product.

I haven't had any bad issues with Avenir tubes. I've been riding on the same tubes for near ~800 miles now and over some VERY tough terrain (wrapped in the tough-as-nails Conti 4000S tires though). I thought the long 60mm stems looked a bit goofy at first, but after dealing with them for so long I wouldn't go any shorter. Makes cap removal and pumping just that much easier.

Honest reviews on Avenir Smooth Presta 60mm Valve Tube (700 X 18-23C)

I like the smooth stem because it is much easier on my pumps. The threaded stems chew up the pump heads.

These tubes work well. I run them with puncture resistant Serfas Seca tires. I would prefer to have a threaded valve stem to hold it more tightly to the rim, however the smooth valve stem is fine once inflated. These tubes inflate easily and fit nicely into the tire and rim. So far no punctures and I am very happy with these tubes.

The three mounting tabs are NOT adjustable. If your eyeglass frames are too thick, you can't bend the tabs to adjust they will likely break off. However, with regular glasses or sunglasses with thin arms, these will work great. I find the mirror size to be just about right, and I don't find it obtrusive. You'll want to adjust it so that you have to raise and turn your head a bit to see behind.

The arm and mirror pivots are a little loose and tend to move a bit when you take the glasses off, so I find myself making small adjustments when I'm leaving for a ride. Not a big deal. It holds the adjustment well while riding.

Don't bother with mirrors that mount directly on the bike. They shake too much to be useful. Plus, with a helmet or eyeglass mount, you can get a panoramic view just by turning your head. Can't do that with a handlebar mirror.

TIP: Once I got my mirror set the way I like it, I put a drop of Super Glue in each of the two ball-joints to permanently lock in the adjustment. I never have to fiddle with it again.

I have owned 1/2 dozen of these over the years and they tend to last no more than a season. Plastic attachment tabls fatigue and break off. Works great when it works. I usually keep a spare since there is no warning when it breaks and I have come to depend on the mirror. Mirror is also a little heavy. My sunglassess ride crooked with the mirror attached. So I will try a different brand next time.

I respect the other opinions expressed here, but I can't imagine how some people are experiencing these problems without solving them. I too, have encountered some of the same issues, but I was able to quickly resolve them, ie, use glasses that don't have such thick frames, etc.

These mirrors are a really a great product. I use both the glass mounted or helmet mounted versions; depending on which helmet I am using. I wouldn't think of riding without one of these mirrors...like having an eye in the back of my head, In both cases, a head turn of 15-20 degrees will provide a panoramic rear view. Can you imagine driving your car without rear view mirrors?

Honest reviews on Third Eye Eyeglass Bicycle Mirror

I tried two of these. The plastic mounts broke when trying to put them on my glasses in cold weather. The plastic becomes brittle and snaps off. The "Take a Look" mirror has sturdy metal mounts and has a wider field of view.

This mirror works fine, takes a couple times of riding to get used to it, but I found it adjusts easily and has plenty of range of motion for adjustment. If you adjust it correctly you simply turn your head a tiny bit to see cars behind you.

I would never rely on this mirror in checking traffic before making a turn, of course look over your shoulder for that! This is more to keep from a car coming up on you to surprise you or to warn you if someone is too close to the curb not giving you enough riding room.

(The instructions say that the mirror is unbreakable, which is nice to know that even if I don't survive the accident that I can pass the mirror down to my heirs : ))

There have been some other reviews that state the mounting arm is cheap and breaks easily, while this hasn't happened to me yet I have examined the mount and way it attaches to your glasses. There is a very easy solution if the mount breaks, it can be secured with inexpensive cable ties from your local hardware store. These cable ties are pennies, you can get a whole bag for a few dollars and they will easily secure the mirror to your glasses arm. The issue with this is you will need them semi-permanently mounted to your glasses which means you'll need a dedicated pair of glasses for bicycling. The ties can be carefully cut off with a razor or good knife if you need to undo the mount.

This unit is only $10 so you can't complain too much about the durability, the mirror itself is very durable and is optically of a very high quality, so I can't see complaining about this unit even if the mount breaks. Its only ten bucks. I give it 4.5 stars.

HINT: you may want to start off my leaving this mounted to a pair of glasses that you can use as a dedicated pair of riding glasses. This will probably prevent the mount from even breaking if you leave it on. Even if this isn't your first choice, it will make the unit last longer & it probably won't break at all. Taking the mount on and off every time you ride is going to put extra stress on the mount & of course it probably will eventually break. I leave mine mounted to a cheap pair of polarized glasses for $15 that rival my expensive Maui Jim glasses in performance.

HINT 2: Measure your glasses arm before you buy this. If the arms on your glasses are wider than about 1 cm you may have trouble getting this mount to sit right. If you wanted to mount it in a semi-permanent fashion with the cable ties I previously mentioned you should have no trouble on thicker arms, but I think this unit was designed to work with glasses arms that are not overly thick or not more than a cm wide.

Hope this has been helpful!

Cheap Radio Flyer Classic Red 10 - Inch Tricycle

Radio Flyer Classic Red 10 - Inch Tricycle

My 2 year old twins (27 months) love their 10" trike! The 12" one they have at Grandmas is way to big and they get frustrated with it because they can barely touch the ground and tip over on easily. The 10" one they have no problem with. Im going to have to buy a 2nd one so they will each have their own!

Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

This trike is adorable, but the handlebars do not stay aligned. They slip and turn easily in the shaft and do not stay where they should no matter how tightly you set the bolt. I lined the insertion bar with duct tape to give it some grip and that works for a while before I have to do it again.

My son did have trouble peddling at first. He is two and has never been on a bike before, so that was to be expected. After a couple of months of practice he has had no problem peddling the trike. He is now two and a half years old and still plenty small enough to get quite a bit more use out of the tricycle. Until he figured out the pedals, he was able to walk the trike.

This tricycle has not tipped while my son is riding it. For a two-year-old, he gets it going pretty fast believe me, this child is a total kamakaze. He has already fractured his skull, cracked his cheeck bone, and is always one giant bruise with his wild antics, but he hasn't had a single accident on this trike. My older kids (4,5, and 6) could probably tip this trike, but they really are too big to be on it in the first place. This is the smaller model of the radio flyer tricycle and is for the little bitties. It is rated for 2-4 but I would say 2-3. It's ok for smaller 4 year-olds, but if you are buying a trike for a 4 year-old, a larger model or even a small bike with training weels will be a better investment.

Overall, I love this trike, but the shifting handlebars have been an enormous headache for me having to constantly fix them and for my son constantly unable to steer his trike. If it were not for that significant flaw, I would have rated this tricycle a 5 star.

Best Deals for Radio Flyer Classic Red 10 - Inch Tricycle

My son absolutely loves his tricycle, and it fits him perfectly. We love that there are so many adjustable heights (seat height and handlebar height) and so as he grows, so will the bike. BUT! The handlebars won't stay in place. Never have. The reason is that it's just too difficult to get the little piece that keeps it in place to be tight enough with the tools we have. We are going to take it into the bike repair shop and have them tighten it for us with their tools (not sure what that will cost) and that should do the trick. So, if you're willing to do that, then this bike is an excellent buy. And, it's even more attractive in person than in the picture.

Honest reviews on Radio Flyer Classic Red 10 - Inch Tricycle

I wanted to write a review because I nearly returned this item initially after (as other reviewers) not managing to tighten the handlebars properly. I followed the directions using a wrench and pliers and I couldn't get it anything like tight enough. After a frustrating afternoon, I got out a socket set and tried that instead. Suddenly, I could get the bolt so much tighter and it has been fine since. My son loves it, it seems to go pretty easily, and have a classic, old-fashioned look which is very appealing. He can also put his stuffed monkey-lovey on the step and carry it round. According to my son (2 1/2) the only drawback is that it doesn't have a bottle cage, like my bike does!

I bought this for my son who's not quite 2. He loves it and it is really traditional and seems durable. However, the reviews about the handlebars are true. They do not stay in place and frequently move, coming off center of the front wheel. It's aggravating, but fixable. My son, whose average in height, still can't reach the pedals well enough to pedal the tricycle, but he loves being able to maneuver it by pushing off the ground with his feet. He is very close to pedaling. One thing that frustrated me--the tricycle is made in China! So much for a "classic" product.

I bought this product to replace the shifter on an Electra cruiser. While I am very satisfied with the product and the price I paid, unfortunately the cable included was too short for me. Cable in bulk is so cheap, I would have thought they could include an extra foot or so since this cable is easily cut down. There is no length posted on the product listing, which could be helpful too.

Great product made by a great company. If your are investing in internal hub shifting technology you have made a wise decision. Shimano Nexus makes great hubs and shifters, durable, reliable and responsive. Internal hubs are the technology of the future. There will soon be no need for de-railers what so ever. I kid you not, mine has lasted over 6,000 miles of riding (and yes that number is six-thousand). This is a great investment! Enjoy!

The part was a perfect fit. I was worried that it would be the wrong part or an aftermarket knock off. The screw on the shifter that came with the bike broke off so I ordered this repacement. Be careful when changing tires to not overtighten the machine screw that holds the shifter to the rear wheel it will snap off. Suoer fast shipping from the seller.

This bicycle arrived with a manufacturing defect that was so apparent that it should have been noticed by quality control. But the seller, Cycle Source Group LLC, decided to ship it anyway. The bicycle cannot be ridden because of this defect.

Seller has acknowledged defect and promises correction.

Seller needs to improve their quality control considerably.

Addendum to review: Cycle Source did attempt to correct the problem by sending a replacement, but unfortunately this did not work either. The problem was solved by this reviewer by hybridizing existing parts.

The shipping is a little high for a single tube, but is the same if you buy a bunch. Effectively some of the lowest price tubes on the net. I picked up a 12 pack and couldn't be happier. These are way better than using extenders on my 58mm wheels. These are durable enough to put a lot of miles on as well. Smooth valve saves my pump too. Shipping was fast, even w/o Prime!

Customer Ratings: 5 stars

I wanted a wider rim to replace my Mavic ST Lefty front wheel. It just had to be about the same weight and tubeless compatible.

The wheel was built with a Cannondale Lefty hub, DT Swiss Super Comp spokes, DT Swiss alloy nips, and the I23 rim. It came in at 780 grams with my old Mavic ST coming in at 760 gr.

This thing set up stupid easy tubeless with the WTB TCS (Stan's rebranding) rim tape. I put a Schwalbe Hans Damph on with no issues airing up.

The rim rides well for me. It's rails the turns better than my Mavic. I know that the whole wheel build matters, not just the rim. However, it's a good part of it.
