Buy Vittoria Rubino Road Bike Wire Clincher Tire - 700x23 (Orange/Black)
These are great training tires for my Felt 95! They arrived on time and I had no problems changing the old tires out and putting these on. They are great for the heat of Texas!

Reviews of Problem Solvers 3.2mm Shim, 25.4 Seatpost to 28.6
When you buy these one at a time they are way too expensive. Can somebody please sell bags of 5 or 6 together ?
This shim is beautifully designed and made. It has a lip at the top to prevent it slipping down when the clamp is loosened to adjust seat height. It also serves as trim to conceal the top edge of the seat tube, which usually would show chipped paint and rust. The visible part of the shim is a perfect match for the alloy seat post it surrounds, making it more attractive than a right-sized seat post would be. Highly recommended.

I had a saddle I liked and an expensive CNC alloy seat post left over from an old bike project, and wanted to use the combo on a new project based on a different frame. Problem was that the new frame had a larger-diameter seat tube than the old frame. Sure, I could have bought a new and equally-expensive (approximately $30) alloy seat post of the right diameter; but I'm a thrifty guy. So, I looked around and found this adapter. I forget exactly what it cost (about $5, I think). I could have cut up some aluminum beverage can to make a free shim, but it would have looked cheesy and been mechanically questionable. FOREVER Fixie Track Single Speed Bike with Deep V Wheels Reviews
Recently, i moved to Chicago for grad school and for the first time in my life, was bike-less :( Coming from the West, Chicago is well, FLAT to say the least. Knowing this before moving, i opted to leave the DH bike at home and look for something new. I should probably mention that i worked in a bike shop for years, have fixed thousands upon thousands of bikes (not joking) and am generally a hands on kind of guy with a passion for high end stuff. However, coming here, i needed something inexpensive to get around the city. Something with axle nuts and no quick releases, so i don't have to worry about theft. Something with a single gear, so i don't have to worry about any significant maintenance. Something that's light-ish, and quick ah ha, the HASA.
When i saw this bike it was a done deal. Firstly, it has a Reynolds 520 frame, not Hi-tension steel, which is standard on most department store disasters and single speeds in the price point. Yeah, i know 520 is bottom of the barrel Chrome-moly, but its a whole bike for less than $300!! I've paid more for a single derailleur. The build is good aluminum where you want it and in general the parts are pretty decent. It comes with Kenda tires which is nice and the wheels do have Weinmann rims. The crankset is generic, but a little nicer than some others of equivalent value, overall, I'm impressed with the build. Recent outings to local shops would suggest that this bike would cost around the $500 in city, so this is a significant savings. In fact, i haven't seen another bike of the same quality for this kind of money any where else online or in a store.
The factory handle bar is way too wide so i immediately cut 2" off each side. The factory seat looks great, but i found it a little stiff, so i replaced with with a more ergonomic one. I also added some toe clips. Like any bike that comes in a box, it will need a proper tune once you get it home these bikes come 70% assembled, which basically means you have to check everything!! I would recommend removing all important bolts and re-oiling/greasing them to get proper tension. I usually don't use loc-tite on my bikes unless there is something that continually loosens grease makes getting bolts out later, much easier. I often re-dish, tension/true the wheels on a new bike as they are often poorly dished from the factory and can become out of true through the shipping process. Overall, my bike arrived intact, with a few small chips on the stem, no bid deal. This is the first bike that i bought through Amazon and it was pretty painless.
Bottom line. This bike is great value and has decent parts for the money. It works well as a city bike or anywhere there are flat-ish areas to ride. Keep in mind, it only has one gear. I haven't ridden it fixed yet, or plan to. I am about 6 feet tall and the 56cm is about perfect for me. Any gripes about the bike?? i don't really like the plastic brake lever housings, but that's an easy change if you want.. other than that, not really.

Performance my husband is more of a local rider. Around town, to the gym, not really leaving the neighborhood. So for him it worked. Last week my road bike was out of commission so I decided to ride it to work. 10 miles away, few areas of steady incline and a giant hill that never seems to end. I was skeptical yet determined to ride to work that day. The bike performed beautifully! It has a comfortable standing position so I powered up the giant hill with no problems, and the one gear is has was perfect for the remainder of the ride. I timed my ride and it was almost the same as when I take my 24-speed road bike.
Cons needs different brake pads...but who cares? that is just a few bucks.
I am not a bike snob but I do mountain bike and road bike so I like to have decent equipment. Riding this bike to work made me wish I had one for myself!

I purchased this bike a couple of months ago to start riding a fixie and I absolutely love it... NOW. After recieving the bike in pieces and with no instructions, I couldn't figure out how the hell the front upper handle bar holder thing gets attached on with the spacers and such. So after a frustrating assembly of everything except the handlebars, I brought it to a semi-trustworthy local bike shop which then charged me $50.00 to get the bike assembled/ridable. I took it for a test ride and man is it light and fun to ride! After about 2 months of riding to work occasionally, the chain popped off recently and was rendered bent. After further inspection the chain line was diagonal from the front sprocket to the rear. The bike came with a bottom bracket that is TOO BIG for the bike. I then brought it to a reputable fixed gear bike shop. They replaced the cheap/flimsy chain and put in a new bottom bracket for $70.00. The bike feels sooooo good now. So after the $250.00 for the bike, then everything said and done, I finally have a nice reliable fixed gear for $370.00. I have gotten many complements on everything from the rims to the white seat to the overall bike in general. I love riding fixed gear with front brake only, and I never want to go back to riding a mountain bike in the city. I ordered this bike as a Christmas gift for my husband and was immediately aesthetically pleased. The bike has a nice simple black paint job, white handle bars, white chain, white rims and seat. Super sleek and sexy. I have a few snobby bike friends who don't have a problem dropping 3k on road bikes, and they all complimented the look of the bike and gave the "ok" on the Reynolds frame.Performance my husband is more of a local rider. Discount Chicago Ladies Bullet Skate
I've been using my new skates a lot lately and I must say I am satisfied with the feel and quality of this product. The original wheels are good for grip on indoor surfaces and the bearings + (softer) wheel combo don't roll for super long distances but that's to be expected. Slightly loosening the wheels allow for longer roll and slightly loosening the trucks (both with the tool included) allow for better mobility. The boot fits secure and is true to size.
Sizing is very close. They seemed to run just a little big mostly in the width. Take this that these are built for "average" feet my daughter has been "blesses" with my narrow feet.
First time out, they need to be adjusted. Once that is done the feedback I have gotten is that they are great skates. She's very happy with them and said her skating has improved since she's been using them. They are the greatest in the world, but for the cost they are far better than using rentals at the rink!
If your kid is into skating, and wants a decent pair to roll on consider these.

I use these for hunting, not for doing mechanical work, and they function great! They fit well, grip well, are tough, the camo pattern is very unique and cool. They are great for spring turkey hunting and early season bowhunting. One thing that you might not know is that they will work on an iPhone screen, or at least mine work on my iPhone. All around, these gloves are great. I ordered one pair first because a lot of the shooters where wearing these at the range. They work great for that, however they work great for anything you would normally wear gloves for (yardwork,handing rough objects, gardening, etc). The Amazon price is about $10.00 less than I see them elsewhere. these are really great gloves. They dont last too long, the fingers start to get holes from working in them but other than that they feel great and look really cool. I would say they would last me about 3 months, to me thats not really long but its a really good 3 months. I would buy again and I would recommend.
