The tire comes in with a date code a year old. The tires are ok. But they dry rot in a year in the Florida sun and don't wear much better.

then I put them on they look good . scooter handled very good and cornerd good.

the scooter handles very well now, i ve leaned it pretty aggressively. this is only a couple of dollars more than the generic chinese brand. rated to 62mph... no brainer for me. in fact, just ordered another one for the rear even though it wasnt necessary, technically.

Arrived on time. needed an emergency replacement on my scooter so I ended up with these Michelin's. they seem to be good tires, they grip the road well and have pretty good thread on them. My only complain is that I'm a bit afraid to pull the brakes to hard since the will easily slide on the road like they did on me this morning. It may be because they're new to me..? I'll keep them and see how it goes. but over all a good tire.

I got this wheel as a replacement on an old Sears cruiser made by Steyer of Austria out of the box, it looked great, but the bearings had been overtightened at the factory. I loosened them to the correct tightness and they rolled smoothly, which was great to see in an inexpensive wheel like this.

Installation of a tire and the wheel was straightforward, although the fork was a little narrow for the axle. Since it was steel, it was a simple matter to manually spread the fork legs a little wider to make it all fit. I would guess that the overall width increase was probably around 5 mm or so.

Once I'd had the wheel installed, I set up the brakes and took it out on a test spin. I rode it for a good two hour trip and seemed a good, workable replacement. However, when I returned home I also found that the wheel was seriously out of true already, despite not having hit anything that would have pushed it out of true.

So, overall, I'll give it a middle of the road rating. It's really cheap and works OK, but I tend to also expect that my bike purchases aren't just functional, but are actually right. The bearings and the wheel trueness were a bit of disappointment, but it's also not a Tour de France wheel in fact, the whole wheel costs less than even one rim on any of my other bikes! And with a little TLC on set up, I'm sure this wheel will probably be a bargain in the end.

This wheel is good, you will need to loosen up the bolts on the axle to allow it to spin more freely. It's not a perfectly straight wheel, you can tell by spinning it once it's on the bike, BUT these wheels look just like the wheels I had on my 1978 Schwinn, except these ones are brand new, clean, and shiny! I love them, but 4 stars for the not perfectness....

the wheel weighs a ton but it spins true. the nuts were a little bit tight on the bearings, so I decided to adjust them. I removed them completely and then repacked the bearings with high quality grease, not that they needed it, then reassembled. it works great!

Great replacement for front wheel, just make sure you get the right one, this was the 2nd I ordered because stupid me ordered the wrong size first go around.

The wheel was marked 26 x 1 3/8 but is was definitely not, nor was it 27" or 700 cm. I believe it was one of those odd Schwinn sizes, even the folks at the bike shop were stumped by it. Disappointing.

Didnt come with any instructions for the make/model received, just generic instructions. Had to bring the whole bike to a local bike shop to make sure it is okay before I let my son ride it. The tire cutout (baseball in the middle of back/front tires) looks like it was cut by hand, very sloppy. Entire gear chain and sprockets were not greased, Im considering sending Amazon the bill from the bike shop. Overall not satisfied with the product

My 2 1/2 year old absolutely loves it. It took me probably 30-45 minutes to set it up and i am not a pro and with hand toold not power tools.

I ordered, and after I got it and partially assembled it, I found that the brackets were too narrow for my Durango roof racks. There was no measurement on the product description with this dimension. I had to file a claim with Amazon, but eventually they refunded my money with shipping costs. Ask them to provide this dimension before ordering.

These bike carriers are really great. I mounted them on top of our camper. It makes taking the bikes camping so much easier. The instructions are not detailed, but still very easy to understand. One of the three boxes was missing a part. A quick email to the sender and the part was in the mail and rec'd within a week. Based on that experience, and some of the other comments, I would not rate the quality control of the packaging 5 stars, but the quality and ease of use of the bike carrier is tops.

After multiple hours researching bike racks, I came across this one....it was the perfect thing for what we needed---3 racks for 3 bikes. Most of the other racks I found were either uber expensive for what it is, or came in pairs...what was I going to do with the left over rack?

So, here comes moving day---and we go to assemble the racks on the bars of the car (which are oval), and they don't fit. GREAT--just what you need to find out on the day you move. OK, I could have tried earlier, but, I didn't. Me bad. The 'u-bolts' that hold the bracket to the bar weren't wide enough for the bar. Ended up having to go to REI at the last minute, make practically a mortgage payment for 3 bike racks that WOULD fit, and continue with the move...and these racks ended up next to the dumpster for someone else to figure out for themselves.

These companies need to give you the pertinent information--like the dimensions of everything--it's not that difficult to do. Had I been informed (and, granted, tried these earlier--but still, that wouldn't change the fact that these still wouldn't fit), I might have made a better decision.

All in all, the product is major cheap---I don't see them lasting a long time...and if you have some major investment in your bikes and not something bought from Target or Walmart, then I wouldn't invest in these.

Waited a long time for the 3-speed shimano bike with aluminum frame to come in. It's 5lbs lighter than the steel framed one. My only complaint is that I wish the gearing was lower so that you could use all 3 gears more often.
