Great helmet for dual-sport riding that is highly visible but does not look like a pylon. Great price and the tight face guard is great for high speed highway riding as it doesn't grab as much air as other face guards.

HIGHLY recommend this bike. Easy to put together out of the box. Built sturdy and to last. My husband is a big guy and loves this bike. Wonderful reproduction of a fifties bike. The auto shifting shifts very smoothly. Worth the extra money. Will probably last for years and years.

Pros: Nice looking bike. Easy to assemble. Customer support was friendly and fairly helpful. Replaced the fenders quickly, but I am still waiting on a replacement tire (I ended up having to replace it myself).

Cons: Bike arrived damaged, the front fender was bent, both tires arrived flat, and after sitting on the rim, while shipping, the rear tire was torn. All in all, I had to "true" the front tire, replace the spoke tape on both rims, buy a new tire, two tire tubes and a few small nuts and bolts that were needed to finish assembly. The Nexus 3-Speed Hub is barely adequate, it has trouble shifting under high loads. It would probably be just fine for a smaller rider, but can be annoying for a bigger rider like me (The size of the bike is suitable for a larger rider, I'm 6'3" and the frame fits me just fine.)

I bought this bike at the same time as purchasing a Republic Bike for my girlfriend. The Republic Bike was well packaged. Everything was thoroughly secured to prevent the contents from shifting and well wrapped to protect against scratching while it was shipped. Comparing the two experiences the Republic Bike was much easier to assemble and everything arrived as expected.

I will finish by saying that Amazon offered to replace the bike completely. I however declined because it would have been a two to three week turn-around to get my replacement bike. Besides being difficult to repackage and ship back, I thought it would be easier and much faster to repair most of the bike and get it ridable myself. The cost of replacement parts to repair my bike was less than $40.

This is great high quality bike. No damage out of the box but it did take longer than expected to assemble, it is not 85 percent assembled. I have about 10 miles on my bike and getting use to the 3 speeds takes some time.

Kick ass bike, the only issue is with the front break at assembly, not and easy adjustment, but the bike and quality are great

We got these for our daughter for her 7th birthday, and now she won't take them off!! They are cute, and she says they're comfortable too. I'm glad we bought them...the price wasn't bad either!

I ordered these for my 8 year old. She loves them and they are very well made. They are right on target for the size. The shoe laces are very long so you have to tie them so that they don't get in the wheels. They are very cute and are geat fun.

I got these for my 8 year old daughter. She will NOT take them off!!

She loves them but I think they could be made a bit better.

The material is a bit flimsy, not as thick as a shoe would be.

The tongues of the skates dont stay in place, that annoys me but my daughter does not seem to mind that I have to untie and fix the tongue and retie the skate about every 5 minutes.

She is a beginner skater and these seem to be doing alright for her, so they are a good starter pair. If they were a bit more thick for extra support these would be close to great.

SIZING:

My daughter wears a girls size 2 SHOE. I ordered a size 3 SKATE because that is what she wore at the roller rink when she rented skates. They are a bit big on her, but almost perfect fit with two pairs of socks on. So the sizing is NOT right on the dot, it might be hard for you to decide on a size, sorry!

Honest reviews on Chicago Girl's Sidewalk Skate

I bought these skates for my 4 year old granddaughter. She thinks they are super-cool. The quality is good and they look nice too. These skates were a wise choice and at this price I'd buy them again in a heartbeat!

Just received these skates and there is a warning sticker on the box stating that they contain a know cancer causing chemical also with a birth defect warning. REALLY??? I never would have purchased these skates knowing that. And I certainly won't be giving them as the intended Christmas present. This fact should have been stated in the description. Shame on you Amazon! How disappointing.

This was short for my derailleur even though it includes mine in the descripton. I wasn't sure how to measure for it on my bike so I just took their word for it, shame on me.

Pros: It's the only jogger I found under $500 that has some sort of a suspension.

Cons:The materials are that of a product you would find a such stores as Harbor Freight, Big Lots, The Dollar store. I dont even think Kmart would sell something like this.

The entire trailer is just made of crap, low grade materials that make you feel buyers remorse immediatley.

The thing is HEAVY. We returned this and bought an all aluminium model.

The hitch just did not seem right. It goes on at an angle, so the spring is constantly trying to pull the trailer to the side. The one we bought that we love made by Colombia has the "type B" that makes much more sense.

There is no room for your childs helmet so prepare for them to be super uncomfortable.

There is little to NO blocking the sun when your kid is in this. Its like a tanning machine.

Dont even think about using this as a jogging stroller, it is HUGE. People will laugh at you, and then it will flip over backwards.

The harness clips are made terribly, its just crap. crap crap crap. This is the worst child bike trailer you can buy. If you buy it, trust me, you will wish you didnt.

This is a well-designed baby stroller/bike trailer. Our first use was at the beach with our 2yr-old grandson. It even went on the sand closest to the water line. The ride was so comfortable that on one of several long walks on the beach, he actually fell asleep and took a nap while being pushed. The rain covering worked well as we were caught in a shower on one of the walks. The price was excellent and we are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend. We caught the item when it was posted at $88 plus $4.99 for s&h.

It doesn't have the "Aosom" logo on it anywhere, nor did it say "Aosom" anywhere on the shipping material or instructions. The tires have lost air a few times in the one season we've used it. It's relatively not possible to convert it from a bike-mounted trailer into a stroller once you get somewhere, because the connecting bar won't fold under unless there are no kids in the cabin. It is functional, and we use it because we spent the money on it, but do understand that you get what you pay for in this case, a generic copy.

Honest reviews on Aosom Elite II 3in1 Double Child Bike Trailer, Stroller & Jogger

Fits my 16 mo old and my 10 mo old niece, but check weight and height limits...habd brake hard to put on and not worth it...just be attentive to your kids; never unsupervised. Balances itself. I'm not super handy and put together myself. Does not fold, must be disassembled.

I was looking for a way to keep my 6 year-old "restrained" and safe when we go to crowded events & for times he got tired of walking....the wagon just wasn't working anymore cuz he's too heavy. THIS is perfect. I recommend it & it's very easy to put together. And he's 75 lbs. and he's easy to push becuz of the bigger wheels! The only drawback is, it takes up alot of room when you're not using it. For example, I'd like to keep it in my SUV, but it takes up too much room. Otherwise, well worth the money!!!!

Park Tool PW-3 Pedal Wrench (15mm and 9/16 - Inch) Review

Park Tool PW-3 Pedal Wrench

I've only used the PW-3 on one bike so far -an old Trek 820 I bought used for $50 that had a broken pedal -and I chose the PW-3 over competing products in case I needed to slip a pipe over it for added leverage. Sure enough, I did need the pipe, but the PW-3 and pipe together broke the pedals loose, so I was able to finish unscrewing them by hand. I would not have been able to do this with a double-ended or wide-handled wrench.

I bought this to help a friend switch some pedals on a trainer that had the pedals 'Loctited'. This was the only tool that could put enough force on those pedals to loosen and remove them. (Pedal threads would normally be greased.)

Best Deals for Park Tool PW-3 Pedal Wrench (15mm and 9/16 - Inch)

When it comes to stubborn bicycle pedals that don't want to come off, it's hard to beat the Park Tool Pedal Wrench, also known as a "PW-3." This handy bike tool is made from Cro-Moly steel and which fits both 15mm and 9/16 inch pedals. This isn't the normal wrench that one would find in a regular home toolbox, but when I found it at a yard sale this summer, where it was marked as a "left-handed monkey wrench" by the seller, I grabbed it. The owner must have not known what it was or what it was worth, as he sort of snickered when he took my money. Was going to buy one eventually, ever since I had seen it described in the Big Blue Book of Bicycle Repair 2nd Edition, but I couldn't pass on it when it was sitting there for a price that's too embarrassingly low to mention.

So why would someone need a Cro-Moly steel PW-3 from Park Tool to just change bike pedals? Bike pedal threads are different from left side and right side. The right side pedal has a right-hand thread (removes counterclockwise, installs clockwise). The left side pedal has a left-hand thread (removes clockwise, installs counterclockwise). Many pedals are stamped "L" and "R" for left and right. Additionally, the thread will appear to slope up toward its tightening direction. Left hand threads slope up to the left, while right hand threads slope up to the right. Got that?

In any case, old bicycle pedals are often rusted on, requiring a few zaps of WD-40 to loosen them up, then a bit of good old-fashioned elbow grease applied with that Cro-Moly steel PW-3 wrench. As others have noted, one can slip a length pipe over the end of the wrench for additional leverage if needed. Once that's done, the new pedals can be installed, reversing the removal procedure noted above.

And if I can't remember which direction to turn the wrench (do I turn it clockwise or counter-clockwise...) to properly install the amazing new Avenir ATB Pedals, I can always refer to the new Park Tool Big Blue Book of Repair, 2nd Edition for good instructions from author Calvin Jones.

Some bike tools are really worth it, and this is one of them.

Honest reviews on Park Tool PW-3 Pedal Wrench (15mm and 9/16 - Inch)

Why a pedal wrench? Typically, an open end box wrench is too thick to fit between the pedal and the crank. Thinner wrenches can flex and break if you put too much torque on them. The Park Tool is thin enough to fit and thick enough to not bend or break. Two sizes allow fitment with most pedals out there.

I've always used a crescent wrench when removing pedals that can't be removed with a hex wrench. This tool works great and is inexpensive enough that it's good to have on hand. It's solid and provides good torque to remove even the most stubborn pedals.
