Comfortable gloves. The little finger hole is exceptionally long or I have a very short little finger, which I have never noticed before.

I had a chance to use these in a light rain. Not a bit of leakage. So, they are 'Waterproof Motorcycle Gloves'. I would give them 5 stars for this.

However, the day I used them, it was 37 degrees. And when I got to my destination (20 minutes) my fingers and hands were flat freezing. What I needed / should have looked harder for is a pair of Waterproof WINTER Motorcycle Gloves.

These will work just fine above 50 degrees, in the rain. Will keep your fingers dry.

Not winter gloves. It is probably not 'fair' to only give them 3 stars, but for $90, I expected more.

its very confortable and you feel your hans so protected. the bad thing, it cant keep your hands wet on heavy rain and the Goggle wipe on thumb does not clean your helmet visor.

Ok, so I ride my motorcycle to work 32 miles round trip every day regardless of weather... I hate getting wet, so my gear will get flak if it's not perfect.

These are water proof and do as well as any glove in the low teen's (Fahrenheit), but the cone shape that extends up your forearm is like a funnel when you come to a stop. The cone shape is absolutely perfect for wind, especially when it's cold. Because it is cone shaped, it is hard to put your coat sleeve over top of it, especially since you lack the dexterity of normal fingers when you are wearing clumsy gloves.

So, in a downpour, your hands will probably get wet while in cold wind, you will love these gloves.

extremely light, fast rolling, but very durable. I ride many charity rides on open highways filled with broken glass and more, have approaching 1500 miles on my last set, they have a few nicks but, new tubes and they will ride several hundred more miles. Think a key to me is inflation to 130 psi, lot of folk afraid to inflate to that point, they are rated to 145, I am 250 lb and they ride great, fast and smooth, recommend them to anyone

This tire is everything it is claimed to be: light, durable, sticky, and fast. Every time inthink I have punctured there isn't even a mark on the tire. Really well done.

These tires are extremely sticky great for cornering.

I've read complaints about their durability and after 1,000 miles which has included some debris-laden roads I would deny these claims.

A little pricey, but worth it for the great feel (and cool aesthetic to boot!).

My 15 month old daughter loves this trike! She cried when our walk was over because she didn't want to get off of it. I have no problem with the steeringit can swerve slightly when going straight, but not enough to matter, and it turns well. It took her dad only a half hour or so to put together. I like the adjustable height of the parent push handle, since I am short but her dad is tall. The only thing I don't like is the shoulder harnessI can't adjust it quite right, so the straps are on the outer edge of my daughter's shoulders and sometimes one slips down. But she still stays on fine, and the separate waist buckle works well.

Before buying I looked at this push trike and the different Smart Trike models. After seeing them in person, I narrowed it down to this or the Smart Trike Zoo Gala (a deluxe model)the lower-end Smart Trikes are more flimsy plastic and seemed cheaply made; these were both sturdy. I compared features and ultimately found this Little Tikes trike to have better and safer features for the first stages. The websites don't mention them, so here is what I found.

-The Smart Trike front wheel covering is short and your child could more easily stick her foot in the spinning wheel. The Little Tikes front wheel cover extends further/decreases this possibility.

-The Smart Trike foot rest (I believe) does not fold up to get out of the way when they move to stage 3. The Little Tikes does.

-If you are on the first two stages (both with the parent pushing), but your child can reach the pedals and they try to pedal, the Smart Trike front wheel will still move. The Little Tikes trike allows you to disengage the pedals for the first two stageswhen you push the trike the pedals and front wheel still move, but if your child pedals, the front wheel does not.

Also, there are 3 seat positions. For the first stage (with the bar around the waist), you must put the seat in the closest one to the pedals. My daughter is 31" and the footrest is a little behind her feet, and she sometimes lets them dangle in front of it. But she doesn't reach the pedals yet. If you would move the seat further back, though, you'd have to take off the waist bar.

Both my little girls (ages 2 & 10 months) love this trike. It is easy to push and steer. We get lots of fun comments when we are out walking with it. I know we will be able to use this for many years. My 2 year old can NOT reach the pedals yet, but she is on the small side for her age, only 34in and 24lbs.

We've had this about a month and the frame is already scratched up a bit. The finish on the metal parts is a bit thin. Other than that we are very happy with the purchase.

For the most part it is great..Have 2 issues with it. 1st the "canopy" can be adjusted in any direction which would make you think it would be great...uh not so much. With a very light breeze the canopy goes eveywhere..pretty much a nightmare. 2nd issue is the parent handle. It is very difficult to manuever without feeling like you are going to break the bar.Minus these two issues it is really cool. I get comments everytime I take my daughter out on it. She loves this trike.My daughter just turned one and it is perfect for her at stage1.

I bought this for my grand daughters 1st birthday. It's cute but I am not real happy with the quality of the trike. It is kind of ricketty. Plastic tires and the steering isn't great. She loves riding on it but I wish I'd spend my money on a trike that was sturdier. I bought my Grandson a Radio Flyer for his Birthday and was VERY happy with it. The sun shade is worthless, it was a bit windy when we took her for a walk and it just flew up in our face. Live and learn.

We purchased this trike for our daughter's 2nd birthday. We REALLY liked the idea of this product (color, shade, "stages", adult push handle), but were very disappointed when we started assembling the product. The main problem with the trike we received was the steering mechanism was binding up and the lock on the front was non-functional. This resulted in not being able to steer to the left with either the handle bars or the parent handle. We are really disappointed because our daughter really wanted a purple bike, but we ended up going to target at the last minute and picking up a radio flyer that was $25 cheaper and 1000X better engineered. I find that I usually disagree with the negative reviews on Amazon, but this time the negative reviews were spot on. It makes me wonder if we (and the others) got lemons, but either way I'm returning the product.

I bought one of this in Oct 2007. Lasted me about 10 months before it failed with semi-displayed digits that no amount of resetting or change of batteries could fix. I have since bought another one which is exactly the same model and I immediately noticed a difference between the 2 units.

The first unit that I bought had an incredible clock drift. Every week, the clock would drift about 10 minutes, even when it was newly purchased. This new unit's clock has so far been stable for the past 3 weeks. The clock drift is around the same as my PC. Now, I'm not sure if there's been a redesign of the unit since the last purchase (eg. changing from a simple RC oscillator to a crystal oscillator) but I suspect that the original unit had some faulty components in it and was doomed to fail early from the start.

Early failure aside, the things I liked about this model are:

1. Does its job well. Just plug it in and cycle. I think that the odometer's off by about 100m for every 5km but I think that a car's odometer is probably off by much more and you can tweak the settings here to match your bike more exactly.

2. Waterproof. I accidentally left my new computer in my bicycle jersey yesterday when I soaked it in a pail for 15 minutes or so. Luckily, it was still working when I tested it this morning.

3. Works in any weather condition. I've used the old one when cycling in -15C winters and it still worked after that. Granted that it failed early but I suspect it wasn't really the fault of the cold weather.

I'm happy enough to buy a new unit after the last one failed but I think that I would have rated it higher and have been less annoyed if they had better quality control. I rated it 4 here but I think that it's really a 3.5/5, an option that is unavailable.

Update: I received an email reply from Cateye within 1 week of them receiving my old unit. They identified the cause of the error and promised to replace my old unit with a new one. I'm impressed with the fast customer service.

Ive had the CatEye Enduro 8 for several years now, and ive had a little trouble with it. Sometimes it will not get out of the stand-by or resting mode. I will keep spinning the tire fast, and tinkering with it, and it takes sometimes 15 min to get it to start working, but it always gets going again. This happens when i have to take the display part off my bike when I lock up my bike in a rack, and I dont want it to get stolen. I got a free replacment wire, and it was good for a while, but now its doing it again. It only happens once in a while. Im not sure if it was a bad wire, or if its just that taking the display part on and off makes the connections get dirty, or not lined up just right again.

I didnt have any trouble putting it on my bike, and I really like all the features on it. I rode my bike to work every day, though snow and heavy rain, and the CatEye held up really well. When it was raining hard, I wrapped the display in saran wrap to make sure water didnt mess it up.

If it didnt have that annoying problem with it sometimes, ide give it 5 stars.

I looked pretty hard for bike computer for my spin bike Sunny Health & Fitness Pro Indoor Cycling Bike. Didn't have alot of luck online finding anyone that had mounted one (yes I know, technically you don't go any distance on a stationary bike, but I wanted it to know for tracking). I walked into my local Sam's club, and they had a proform spin bike on the floor (looks identical other than color to my sunny), that had a computer attached. After seeing how they had it installed, I said "I can do that" and ordered this cateye unit. Ordered the 8 partly because I wanted Sat delivery with my prime membership, and just missed cut off for 5. However I also like the extra features the 8 had (timer specically).

Having a metal flywheel, I just put the magnet facing in (which normally would face out, and then mounted the sensor, with double stick tape) to the front of the chain guard as closely as possible to the screw sticking out (I will try to add pictures, if I figure out how). The sensor is mounted so the tip points toward the wheel, instead of the flat side, kinda hard to explain. The bracket for the display is big enough even for the large handles on the spinner. So there you have it, I now know from the timer when I have completed 30 minute workout, and then can log my mileage on runkeeper.

Only thing that would make it perfect, is if the display was alittle bigger.

What is there to say beyond that these are grade 300 (or thereabout) cheap cost-effective good-enough bearing balls for general-purpose bicycle applications?

I'll give it a try: I wouldn't use them in a turbine engine or something like that but for a typical non-racing ordinary commuting or pleasure bicycle they are plenty fine for the limited RPMs and loadings. Better ball bearings would shave a little bit of friction off and if you are a racer and want those last few watts of power then you will spend the big money on grade 5 ceramics. And by big money I mean BIG MONEY. This is totally wasted unless you are that top level where a tiny fraction of an advantage is going to make the difference of winning or losing by a few feet over miles of racing. But there are slightly better bearings than these for a bit more money but the cost/benefit ratio gets pretty steep and rather quickly.

For this price a home mechanic can afford to buy a couple bags of each common size and always have some on hand for the next project. When I pull apart bearings I just throw the old balls away rather than messing around cleaning and inspecting them. That's the beauty of cheap bearings and these bearings are beautiful. Just don't look at them under 30x magnification or you might be shocked. Under magnification they aren't so beautiful :-D But they work fine. This is bicycle mechanics, not rocket science. Good enough for your mother-in-law's bike. And if you want nicer bearings you can always pay more for them. But for most applications on normal bicycles these are just right.

If you do hub maintenance, you'll find that when you remove the lock nut and cone race, you'll find the ball bearings. Now, some people are cheap and wash the ones they have and put them back in. That makes NO sense to clean everything up and use old parts. They will have small pits and scratches, and no lube will fix that. So, why not replace the 20 3/16th bearings in the front hub with new bearings? You do this once a year, so the $1 is not a huge expense when you consider that it makes your wheels spin like new. These are hardened steel and hold up very well. When I replaced them last time, I looked with a magnifying glass and found only superficial scratches, meaning they worked as expected. Of course, use lube generously when installing them.

For the rear hub, you'll likely need 18 of the ¼" bearings, so be sure to use the proper size for the correct hub. Always count the # that come out and replace it with the same #. While it may LOOK like you can fit one more bearing in, do NOT do that. It's almost universally true that front hubs use 10 per side, while rear hubs use 9 per side (of the ¼", that is).

If you're not into servicing hubs yourself, be sure to tell you local bike shop you want them to service them and replace the bearings. Otherwise, they'll save money by cleaning up the old ones and reinstalling them, and that just is not good enough for serious cyclists.

I have an old bike that I have used to commute to school with for the past 5 years, and before that was pulled out of a trash heap. Needless to say just about every part that could need some repair did. I wasn't sure what size bearings I would need before I started refurbishing it so I picked up one bag of each size. These 3/16" balls are what I needed for refurbishing the front hub, the difference between these new bearings and the old rusty ones is night and day. Replace/repack your bearings regularly and the contact surfaces will last longer (ie, you wont need to buy new wheels or bottom brackets as often)

FYI, for those unsure, google 'Sheldon Brown Bearings' and he has some good info on what sizes are needed for what parts. The most important ones are 1/4" for most bottom brackets and rear hubs, and 3/16" for most front hubs.

It's a bag of loose bearings. I have replaced the bearing in a few wheels already. They work as they should. I'm not using them for a high-dollar racing bike, so don't know their real impact on rolling. The wheels that got them most certainly roll more smoothly than they did, but the old bearings were nasty, so that's no great surprise. They came very quickly though, which is nice.
