I was restoring my old 12 speed,and found these liners at a great price.The product is a very good quality thick rubber,which is good for the old rims I put them in.They also fit perfectly in the 26x1 3/8" rims. GREAT product.

I bought these for an older English style 3 speed 1/38 x 26 EA3 rim. As part of getting the tires to seat properly I had to leave the tires overinflated for several hours. Everything works fine.

This is an OEM rubber rim strip. Nothing fancy, and not meant to stop flats, just meant to go into the groove of the metal rim so that the spoke nipples won't poke through to your tube. If your spokes are too sharp or protruding too far, this isn't going to stop the end of the spoke from possibly puncturing your tireyou will probably have to sand down the spoke end a tiny bit. Overall, I am satisfied with the rimstrip. It is what usually is found on a bicycle. If you want a better rim strip, but at an increased cost, by some Velo rim strip tape. In fact, I have put Velo rims trip tape on top of these types of plain rubber rim strips with no problems. If you are replacing a tire and your rim strip is hard and crunchy, this is a good cheap replacement, though.

These are too narrow-so narrow it is very difficult to get all spoke nipples covered. The strips I received were not 'Sunlite' or 'Pyramid' brand as listed, the strips are 'Kenda' . I hate to spend a lot on something like a rim strip but it would be worth shelling out a little more vs. fighting with these and/or ruining a tube because of them.

I bought this to restore my 1960 Schwinn Racer. It fit perfectly on the rims. Will be ordering this many times in the future.

Review of WTB Frequency TCS i19 Rim

WTB Frequency i23 29'er Rim 32 hole Black

The frequency i19 is light, cheap, straight and easy to build the spoke nipples don't disappear into internal cavities like they do on Stan's rims. Also, my tubeless tires from Specialized seated and inflated easily. I don't have many miles on it, but so far, so good.

Great rims. Strong and light. Nice-looking, too. Price is reasonable, especially compared to the other brands. Built up a set of disc road wheels for my converted 'cross bike with Chris King hubs and Sapim spokes. Light and strong. Very pleased with the rims.

Buy Velocity A23 Pro Build Wheelset

I now have over 2,000 miles on these wheels. They are still perfectly true with good spoke tension. The wheels are light, handle very well and deliver smooth and consistent braking.

These wheels ride remarkably different from my Mavic Krysium SLs. Feels solidly on the road, takes corners much like on a rail. I didn't believe the 23mm width could make this much difference. It makes a 23c tire ride like a 25. Good road feel (through the Conti 4000s tires). These climb really well and descend well. I'm 5'10" 180 lbs. I don't feel any flex standing or sitting. A person at Velocity assured me these wheels could handle a person up to 210 or 220 lbs for road riding. Great wheels so far, great price.

Very pleased with the wheels. Spoke tension was uniform and they ride great. The 23mm width makes a difference, I have a set of the comp build too. Very impressed with Velocity.
