1st this lock is about 3.5 feet long not 5ft. You are getting a $3 lock. We use them for a quick lock up when running into a store or out to eat with the bikes, but I would not use it to lock overnight, for long time someplace, a bad area, or a place where you can not see your bike. Its a lock though, which is better then nothing. Fits great under the seat, easy to use numbers to open, not for a bike with removeable front wheel since I am not sure how else you would attach it to anything since it is so short!

I did a lot of research on scooters before purchasing this on for my newly three year old. She wanted a scooter very much, so that she could be just like her 11 year old big sister. The problem was stability; most scooters either have two wheels (one in front, one in back) or three wheels (with TWO in back). Even with two in back, the scooters tend to wobble and tip. Not a good thing for a young rider.

Radio Flyer (of course!) solved the problem beautifully. They put the two wheels in front and gave the scooter a much wider base. The result is that this scooter is incredibly strong, stable, and safer than the competition. It comes fully assembled, and my young one was riding around on our back deck in a matter of moments.

This pink version is perfect for our little princess. And I can already tell, she is going to spend the summer chasing her big sister around the neighborhood. Luckily, big sister is okay with that!

We bought this for our 4 year old last Christmas. She loves to goof off on it around the house. But will not ride it the full block, much less to the park. It does not roll or turn as easily as she would like. (By contrast, she flies on her bike.)

Probably great for 2 or 3 year old beginners. Decent stability in that regard. But we're not impressed for the 4 to 5 year old set.

My daughter is turning 3 in a couple of weeks and wants a scooter for her birthday. I was looking for a sturdy, 3 year old safe, girly scooter. I found this one and have read so many good reviews about it. We tried it out at Walmart and it is awesome. Very cute and sturdy and she loved it. It's in hiding until her birthday.

FYI I was baffled by the range in sticker price for the toy. I have seen prices from $29-$69 for this scooter. I bought a pink scooter at Walmart for $29.84. It took 3 Walmarts but I found one just today. Happy scooting!

My little one was nearly 3 when we bought this for her. She had to pump and pump but it does not glide. It is not designed to, I don't think. The kids don't really get to learn how to ride a scooter with this model because it really doesn't move except for when they're pumping it. Wasn't fun for her just frustrating. She's now nearly 4 and we just donated it because she didn't use it. :(

My daughter got this scooter for her second birthday. And while I was concerned she might be a little young for it she surprised us! She had the general idea about how to work it but needed some help. We'd put her on it and push it around (now almost a year later she can do it herself!).

The pros...its pink it folds up so small that we can stick it on a shelf and it doesn't tip over like some of the other models we've seen.

The con...it only holds up to 50 pounds. And while that is a good weight limit for the kids...the parents cannot show them how to use it properly...my Dad was trying to play with my daughter and was fooling around with it and almost broke it. Definitely not for grandpa's but works well for little kids!

The stock tires on my DD50 wasn't up to par with the riding conditions in Hawaii. After swapping out the tires i have more confidence in wet and dry weather and love how the tires grip in the corners. Installation was a breeze too!

the road is bad here on greenfield heights blvd in havelock NC but i still got traction. I love this tire it is a must have when DOT will not repair the roads correctly. they grip the road better then cheap kenda tires.

The Centering Gauge is essential for calibrating/adjusting the Park Tool Professional Truing Stand. The stand requires adjustment of the upright arms and the forward feeler fingers. In theory, you can substitute a perfect wheel to adjust your stand. But I have tried both and there is no hesitation in saying the Centering Gauge is superior. With this centering gauge, the accuracy of your Truing Stand can be so good that it would not be necessary to purchase a separate Dish Gauge to check your wheel alignment. I purchased the Park Tool Dish Gauge with the Truing Stand. After going back and forth with the two, I figured out it would be much easier if my Truing Stand were accurate in the first place. Hence, the Centering Gauge was purchased later. Lesson learned.

This Park Tool Centering Gauge has helped me very much in setting up the TS 2.2 truing stand. The tool is great to have before every truing job.

This gauge is required when purchasing a new Turing stand. Park tools claims to have the Turing stand calibrated at the factory. My stand was out of calibration. I think this tool is a requirement for the perfectionist.

This thing is massive, and fits snugly against the seat tube of my 63cm bike with the use of the factory, clamp-on pump holder.

Huge size makes this awesome for filling high pressure tubes in a fraction of the time that crappy pocket pumps require. Decent construction, high pressure option (which doesn't really seem to serve a purpose to me).

Definitely worth the $20 I paid for it.

Another relatively hard to find item in this day and age. It works well. Provides good pressure. A little on the fragile side compared to my old Silca and Zefal pumps of the mid to late 70's. The finish scars easily and the gromet that fits over the presta valve, easily distorts, making it difficult to reinsert the dust plug. Other than that, it's fine.

This pump looks good and feels good, but does not grip well to the head of my presta valves. Therefore, it's usually a chore to pump my tires. Thankfully I don't have to do that too often. My previous pump brand was Zefal, and I didn't have this kind of difficulty with that pump. Unfortunately it was lost or stolen.

so, i've given a couple frame pumps a try (Blackburn Frame Pump and Park Tool PMP-5 Dial Adjust Frame Pump) and was never fully in love with either of them. many people swear by them though and my new steel road bike has a frame pump peg so i was determined to keep trying until i found a good one! here are my thoughts on this one:

good:

narrow shaft means it doesn't kill your shoulder/arm to get up to high pressures. it may take more pump strokes than the competition, but they'll be easier ones. skinny-armed cyclists rejoice!

locks very well against my top tube. handle end goes on the pump peg, rubber end goes against the seat tube. no strap used. doesn't budge.

doesn't rattle at all (amazing, when compared to the VERY noisy park tool pmp5).

easy to get on/off valve stem.

build quality is excellent.

rubber seal does the trick of keeping it clean.

inexpensive.

not-so-good:

i wish it came in black.

not much else to say. i love it. i'm happy i have it. if it seems like it'll work with your bike, i highly recommend picking one up.
