I purchased 2 of these bikes for my wife and I based on the price. I found "you get what you pay for". The first two arrived in good condition, after assembly my wife's bike wouldn't change gears and the twist grips became stripped and fell apart. The front brakes were difficult to get into and stay in adjustment. We returned it for replacement. In the meantime (about 2 days) my shifters went out of adjustment and wouldn't change gears, the twist gear changer for the front derailleur stopped working. I returned the second bike. By now my wife's second bike arrived, the box looked like it had been dropped from a tall building then dragged behind the delivery truck. The box was literally held together with shipping tape, and it was torn open to expose that the bikes neck was bent(I can't imagine the force needed to cause this steel to bend). If I had gotten to the door before UPS rang my bell and ran away I never would have accepted this package. I returned this bike also. Finally we decided to give up and just ask for a refund. Amazon couldn't have been more helpful, we received a refund in a very short time. Thanks Amazon for making a difficult and frustrating situation pleasant in the end. If you want a cheap bike and you have the skill and the time to do all your own adjustments daily then this is the bike for you, otherwise defiantly upgrade.This is not a good bike at a low price but a cheap bike at a cheap price. I hope the other buyers who gave this bike a good rating have better luck than I did.

I bought this bike for fitness purposes. I have had some previous experience tinkering with bikes I have had before. This bike came partially assembled as the major components were put together. I had to put the front wheel, handlebar, pedals, and seat on the main frame. The bike, after assembled, needed some adjustments to the brakes and gears. I fully expected this to be the case. The bike rides very nice and is very comfortable. I mention the need for adjustment because all bikes require this when assembled. When you buy a bike already assembled, those adjustments are already done. Unfortunately, the directions are not that clear on making those adjustments. Also, the packaging is not adequate for shipping. The box was heavily damaged but the was okay.

I bought this bike to lose some weight, bike it to work and have fun riding with my friends. The frame is beautiful but thats about it. While riding my gears wouldnt shift then they ended up breaking. The back brakes only slow you down they dont stop the wheel completely and the handle bar cushions kept sliding off. I bought this bike at a retail store already assembled i dont know if they messed up somewhere or if its all the bikes fault. I ended up returning it and upgrading to a schwinn mirada for a bit extra.

I bought this bike for my 10 year old son for Christmas. It is his first mountain bike. We got bikes for the whole family. When I got the bike it was scratched in several places but I had only two days until Christmas. The first time he rode it the handlebars came loose. I tightened them. The second time the pedal came of. The hole that it threads into was stripped out. Over a month later I took it to a bike shop and they told me that it was a "POS." They couldn't get it adjusted to change gears correctly. It would kinda work off and on. The reflectors come loose. The handle bars have to be tightened constantly. Every time he rides this bike I have to work on it. We take it on the trails and we have to take tools with us because we know it will start falling apart. I am also contacting Huffy. I will never buy a bike from Amazon or Huffy again! I feel so bad for my son. He was so excited to have a mountain bike. Not anymore...

I bought this bike from a retailer one month ago. it costs me 186.67$ and It was my first bike that I bought it for weight-loss purpose. It has a good looking frame and nice colors and it is relatively light. but some parts are having poor quality, especially the pedals. after first ride I broke one. and I replaced both with much better quality pedals. then I noticed that some parts are getting loose frequently such as steering arm and the left pedal arm. the saddle is not comfortable also. so I replaced it... and unfortunately I think that I will be replacing the whole bike soon! :P

not very bad but expected much better quality.

if you can buy a better bike with better quality you are the winner. otherwise, buy a Huffy bike and replace half of its part with better quality ones!

I'm posting this mostly as a tip for others who may have gotten this and found it too tall. We love our little GoGo bike but my daughter couldn't straddle it and touch the floor when she got it for her second birthday. However, I just discovered that if you install the frame upside down [so it curves up to the fork] and then install the seat in the highest position it works _perfectly_ and looks like a little low-rider. I wish I'd tried this months ago so she could have had it all summer. Now she's just getting the hang of it as we're getting ready for snow.

It was easy to assemble. I wish it had little pegs so that my little boy could rest his feet on.

Some of these appear to have wood laminate wheels, which makes 0 sense to me. Wheels will get wet, and plywood will rapidly deteriorate in those conditions. The one with spokes looks fine, and my baby loves it!

These are extremely heavy duty tubes. The wall of these tubes are very thick and that make the tire very heavy. So if your looking for something light this is not it. Great for what I use it for.

I recieved the package quickly. It fit my bicycle rim and once I put the tire on and added air I could find no flaws. The tube is thick and seems to be well made. The bike rides smoothly with no balance issues.

these were heavy duty..i had some trouble installing them (different thickness then the old ones ) but they work great .. feel the confidence in the ride.
