The Item I received was not the Item pictured. I expected 2 large outer casings, 3 smaller casings and 2 cables with appropriate hardware. What I go was 1 long outer casing, 2 cables and not enough hardware to make 2 complete cables. I did keep the product and used existing cable hardware I had on my bike to make it work. This Item needs to be investigated so that either the correct product is shipped or the picture is updated as not to mislead the customer.

I received this cable set today and was surprised to discover that the merchandise is NOT Dur-Ace. It's their standard brake cable set. The Dura-Ace are much nicer, and come lubricated. They're also twice the price.

Still, the price for these cables is a couple dollars cheaper than the same cables elsewhere. -Just not Dura-Ace as advertised. -A simple and easy mistake to make. (SKU # shipped is Y80098019)

does the job! It is a 3/32" which is more common. Be careful about what size you order. 1/8" is for older chains I assume. This worked great though for my purpose.

i've been using this type of tire for a long time. i've used a chair for about 30 years (man, reminder that i am *old*! lol thanks Amazon! :P )

doesn't last forever, but it all depends on what terrain you're going over, etc.. i generally go through a set maybe every 6-8 months lately.

6.8mm is what the newer KTM bikes use for their spoke nipples.

7mm is too big and will strip the nipples. Get this one for your

late model KTM.

It does what it needs to, however there is one key annoyance that keesp it from being on my wheels anymore.

It requires sealing tape, and even then, if you don't wrap enough it still may leak. If you are using tubulars, it would require removing the tire, and re-wrapping it. Then re-glue the tire. Needless to say I found another extender that has an o-ring that seals much more effectively and can be put on without taking off the tubulars.
