The product is NOT "quality" as depicted. Within the first five minutes of might riding on day one with this, it ceased to work. The following night, I was asked "what is that thing in your tire?" I had to laugh and say that it was supposed to be a light. On the 2 hour ride I was on, it began to work again mid-ride, only to fail again before the rides end. I asked the other riders how it looked in motion, where it was described to me as looking incomplete. The images posted are NOTHING like they images in your wheel. I understand that speed can affect this, but it looked just as bad chugging uphill at 5 mph as it did flying back downhill at over 20 mph. Not only is the light worthless and overpriced (find it on eBay at less one third the cost!) but the seller is uncooperative and rude.

This product is not anything it claims to be. .. For starters, this pictures makes it seem like it takes up the entire wheel well. instead, it's only about 40%...Secondly, and most important....You have to be going a thousand miles an hour just to get the LED's to project an image. unless you're flying down a hill at top speeds, there no image & sadly when you're racing with all of your energy for that 5 minutes, the stupid lights only illuminate part of the wheel.. Don't waste your money on this product. The design concept is there and it looks cool in the picture, but it's a real POS.

The light does what it says it does. It makes lit patterns on bike wheels. But the problem is that there is no on/off switch and is difficult to remove the batteries.

Amazon claimed this was 3-5 business day shipping, but after it was ordered it shipped from China directly. The lights showed up after about 20 days, having to go through customs. Wish they made this clear from the beginning.

Seller did make prompt communications during transaction. No problem there.

Maybe it was user malfunction, which is entirely possible, but we couldnt get these spoke lights to stick with a single design. It was either off or we had to get the constantly changing designs with random words thrown in. You also have to be going pretty fast for the design to be visible at all. Nowhere near as good as the original Hokey Spokes which can be synched up. These cannot be synched and the designs changing all the time leaves much to be desired. Not really stoked. :(

Stunning grip! Totally stunning! On icy roads or trails, on extremely compressed snow, on ice with a layer of snow on top, on cross country skiing tracks, even on melting ice: the grip is just crazy. I have tried the tyres on the side of an ice rink and even there the grip still feels like on a gravel road.

If you are riding these on really icy roads the experience can be quite disconcerting: there you are, speeding away, leaning into curves and braking at will while everybody around you (including cars) just loses it. You forget the ice to an extent that dismounting your bike can be dangerous because your feet slip the moment you set them down.

There are drawbacks of course: these tyres are heavy (about 900g each); on asphalt with no snow or ice they roll really rough; and they last only for about one winter season if you cycle a lot.

Still, if you want to cycle in snowy or icy conditions then nothing holds a candle to these.

I cycled with these for approx 3 months, and now the two center rows of studs are seated so deep that the studs barely protrude at all. I have very little traction on ice. They were great when they were brand new, but I've wiped out three times already on ice because of low traction, even though I ride very carefully and not aggressively (I commute to work).

So yes, they are fantastic when they are new, but they sure don't seem to last long.

And yes, I have the model with tungsten carbide studs. The studs are not worn out, they are simply "pushed in" too deep to be effective. The studs on the sides are still fine, it's only the two center rows that are pushed in.

I'm looking into getting replacement tires (bought at MEC), or re-studding the tire with Maxgrip or Nokian studs.

I love this trike. My balance hasn't been good (due to bifocals, etc), and this trike completely took away that worry. It's very stable. Same trike is available at large outlet stores. The specs given for overall size are odd, and don't reflect the "put-together" final result -it's about 41" to top of handlebars (which can be adjusted a bit), about 28-30" wide, and about 57" long. I couldn't find these figures anywhere on any site, but needed them to make sure the item would fit thru my gate. It does, and I just ride thru it like a breeze! I don't plan to fold it and unfold it often, if ever -I purchased it for the wheel size (closer to the ground!) and stability. I can stand up easily from the seat, solidly on the ground, since the pedals are pretty much directly under the seat, rather than slanted forward as in bikes. This increases my feeling of safety. You ride this sitting pretty much straight up, with good posture. Excellent for my back and hips. Seat is easily adjustable with a clip, so only takes seconds to readjust. I keep mine about 30-31" from ground. Seat is large and wide and very comfortable -no need to purchase a separate, larger seat. Good brakes, large basket. I recommend this tri-cycle for folks who had given up on owning a bi-cycle -excellent purchase for my retirement. Excellent idea for big kids or adults with balance issues.

My father recently purchased one of these porto-trikes for my autisic son's 18th birthday. I took the liberty of purchasing one for myself and for my 16 year old son who has balance difficulty with his 2 wheel bike. We all love them. They ride great and feel comfortable. Ours is single speed so its very important for us to only go on level ground. I did miss having a mirror so I would encourage purchasing one to see the traffic behind you. My boys experience a measure of freedom and independance when they ride their 3 wheelers!

Love this bike! But If I were to buy again would buy the one with

gears b/c you have to be on mostly flat ground for this bike. It is a heavy bike. But very sturdy I use it for grocery shopping! No I'm not kidding! In the basket I put a plastic bin in there so grocery bags will not tip over. I can grab a bunch of groceries that way. (Like 5 reusable bags)

We bought this bike for our special needs son, 15 years old. He loves it and is completely successful.

The bike did require minor assembly, that we accomplished in one evening. The directions were clear and presise. We can not yet comment on the folding function, as I don't think we will use that often. I can tell you that the bike is solid in construction and was easily put into the back of our truck.

I read all the reviews and then purchased the Trike. I am 67 years old lady and I was starting to get a little nervous of riding my old regular bike. I was scared of falling of it. I not fragile mind you, but I wanted a bike I could be more comfortable riding and also go to the store and pick up a few items and do my exercise at the same time.

The reviews on the Trike claimed it was difficult to put together and it was pack poorly, and that parts din't fit correctly.

To that I say wrong, wrong wrong.

It was packed with meticulous care, every part protected and in excellent condition.

Most of the bike was already put together. It had excellent instructions and yes it took me three hours to put together ( I took my sweet time), and I had the help of two dachshunds puppies that insisted on helping me. The finished product looks so good.

So I say it is worth the price. Just read the instructions get comfortable and take your time. No problems at all.

Looks awesome. Swapped the hubs and spokes that came with my surly karate monkey stock wheels and had the bike shop rebuild the wheel with this rim. 125 bucks for the entire thing (50 bucks for the flow rim, 75 bucks for the build). Way better than 550 bucks I almost spent for a custom build from Stan's! Yeah...it's not nearly as good of a hub as a Hope evo but I don't care...I'm a noob anyway.

I'm an overweight adult looking to get into shape without killing myself in the process. I ordered this bike after doing a significant amount of web searching. Is it ever fun to ride! Now I look forward to coming home from work so I can hop on the bike and cruise around the neighborhood. I'm getting exercise, having fun and my dog comes along, too. Since this bike has no gears, I'm not flying down the road so the dog keeps up with me easily. The only improvement I can wish for is a three-speed. That would make hills a lot more do-able but hey, the idea is to get in shape. The breaks work great and the basket is really roomy. I can ride down to the grocery store in my neighborhood and come home with three sacks of stuff, no prob. For a 20 in wheel trike this item is very versatile. Easy to put together, Large cargo compartment, Modern caliper breking system all work well. 20 in wheels are an advantagemakes storage and maneuverablity easy. Adjustable seat makes for easy sizing for an adult. Unique fold feature makes it fit well in tight spaces. Excellent value at great price. My wife loves it. I, purchased this bike for my developmental delayed child, who needs training wheels to ride a bike and she is now too big for the wheels to fit on her bike. this was hard with summer coming so i decided to get her a 3 wheeled bike and she loves it! i researched different brands and prices online, so i was really pleased with the reasonable price of this particular bike. I will admit i would have perferred a choice in colors and the westport was not my original choice, i wanted a schwinn mainly because i have always purchased those bikes for my children, but i do have to say that i like the fact that the westport stores better and is more compact and since the wheels are only 20 inches verses 26 inches i wont need to special order any wheels or parts if i ever need replacements, i can just run to a department or bike store. my daughter loves the basket because she can but her dolls and her cat in it and ride up and down the block, I also was able to purchase, very cheap, side mirrors that go on the handle bars, sort of like bike streamers, so that she can see if anyone is behind her while riding, she does not ride on the street road but for those that do they could be handy. we also attached a horn so as with any bike yo can personalize it. i would highly recommend this bike for not only adults but for any older child that cant ride a regular bike .

The trike is small but good. The biggest problem is poor fit on some things. The most striking is the lock that holds together the trike where if folds. The may be due to a too thick coat of paint that kept the joint in the middle from closing. The trike does not have a rear hand or coaster brake. It does not have rear fenders and the rider's leg is able to hit the rear wheel.

Over all, this is a wonderful bike.It was easy to assemble.Most of it is done for you.The box it comes in is very large.An average height person should have no problem.I'm 5ft 6in an still have room to adjust the seat and handle bars.The bike is a nice size to ride and the fact that you can fold it is awesome!I would have given it 5 stars except one of the inner tubes popped during inflation.Upon examination of it, there was a white line close to the seam where I saw a 1/4 inch hole.The only other problem is steering.MAKE SURE TIRE PRESSURE IS CORRECT IN BOTH REAR TIRES! IT WILL AFFECT STEERING!!!!!

Due to back pain, I needed at least a 6" rise over my current straight bar, and settled on a Sinz Cruiser Chromo. I quickly found out that the smaller BMX clamp diameter meant I needed a shim, and this one worked perfectly. Since there is about a 1/8" gap between the two halves (both sides when centered), I used strips of thin double-sided tape to position and hold each in place before positioning and clamping in the stem.

It is everything advertised. Product saved a perfectly good wheelbarrow with a flat from otherwise becoming landfill. Any replacement is near the price of a new household wheelbarrow, but for not much more than the cost of an inflatable replacement, which could still puncture at anytime, the only thing that will put my wheelbarrow out of action now is rust. The tire appears durable enough to remain a spare for any future wheelbarrow. I would like to see this replace the cheap inflatables on new equipment.

This is the product I was looking for! FInally, no more flat tires and interruption of work during the weekend when another thorn pierces my old rubber tire again. I am very pleased with these replacement tire and I don't think I'll ever need another one. They feel pretty nice and bouncy but they are a bit larger than advertised (I measured 13.5" and as they are pretty hard, they don't settle as much as a rubber tire). This gives the wheelbarrow a little bit more space from the ground. Replacement was easy and the ball bearings look very sturdy and run perfectly smooth. This is going to last longer than the rest of the wheelbarrow.

The tire itself is 100% of what we ordered and needed.

My only complaint is the delivery service. It took about 10 days before it was put in the mail and then it took another 17 days before it was delivered. Unacceptable in this day and age.

My standard inflatable wheel went flat in the middle of a project. I never want that to happen again... So, I bought this flat-free wheel. Super easy to install and fits perfectly. The only difference is a rougher ride, which is totally worth the trade-off of never getting a flat again.

Great tubes! I am using them on a 29" Motorized 66cc, SBP shifter, XC/Commuter bike.. Ridden daily.. Bike cooks along at 35mph, a blowout could be painful at that speed, so tubes are critical.. These have proven to be very tough.. No flats in 3 months of winter riding.. Outstanding! Only downside, short valve stem makes them difficult to use with "Deep V" rims.. You can still use them, but must work the stem up into the rim, stressing the tube in the stem area.. Everyone knows this is not good.. But these tubes have managed it, due to their excellent construction.. Longer stems would make these PERFECT! But they are the only tube that holds up for me, and that deserves 5 stars..

Vary thick tube well worth the money i would buy them over if i needed them . They are thicker just on the run side and about 1/8 thick in the side wall .
