It is an inexpensive 1:1 actuated replacement derailleur for a SRAM ESP 3.0 I had that was really cheap. Like the 3.0, this one has too much plastic and press fitted cage, but it shifts very well. I would suggest using it for street use only. For the price, it's worth it.

The derailleur on my son's Trek MT220 broke and this appears to be exactly the same thing as the SRAM 3.0 derailleur that was on it. The fit is perfect and the bike is back on the road now shifting better than ever. The bike is being handed down to my daughter and this will give it a few more years of life.

Works fine. I bought this because I had bought a SRAM trigger shifter, but it would not work with my older (1988) Shimano derailuer. I wish it had removable pulley gears, but I can't complain considering the price.

Replaced shimano tourney with this SRAM derailleur and wow what a difference. Very easy to install and adjust a longer cable may be required.
