I like to run a couple miles with my little one and having an enclosed area really helps. The enclosed area also helps to keep any toys that drop away from ground.
The ride is pretty smooth and the area in back is sufficient for anything I may need to bring along.

A couple of not so perfect things: slight odor for the first month; wished there is more head room, meaning from the top of my son's head to the ceiling. Right now it is about 3 inches when he sits straight. His height is in the 15%, so taller kids may not fit in. Given how well this is built, I really hope it could last a few years.Here are the good parts:
Assembly is easy. You definitely need an air pump to inflate the wheels. Fortunately, I have a pump set for my son's soccer ball, bought from local ToysRUs, which does the work.
it is warm. After sitting in it for 20 minutes when outside temperate is in the 40s, my son does not feel cold at all.
it is very well built. It goes through doors easily. I heard the two seater model might be too wide for the apartment doors. This single seater is perfect in this regard.
Again, I hope it could be a little taller inside so that it could be used for a longer time down the road.
