Who knew you could replace a freehub body? I have an old Shimano Ultegra wheel that has since had 2 rims replaced due to wear over the years from gravel rides and winter commutes. The hub was going strong for a long time, but finally the freehub was making some unpleasant noises that extra lube and cleaning it out didn't fix. I bought this new freehub body and a 10mm hex wrench to install it and it was super quick and easy. This review comes 1.5 years later, and it's still working great. This was the right solution to keeping a great hub running, even if it is 10+ years old now.
