These are great tires! I have these tires on a full time 4x4 atv. The ones on the rear have lasted 11 years with hard use without dry-rotting or wearing down much. I had to replace the front ones after 10 years due to tread wear ( the tires were bald since the atv is always 4x4. ) Over all this is a good tire that is good for pulling (pulls better in reverse than forward) and mudding. Would recommend to a friend

Product came a few days early which was good. Came packaged really well with bubble wrap and extra boxes for the smaller parts for the fork. Looks really well as far as the finish, really good on paint and clear coat. Some minor white blemishes on the right chain-stay, but not too bad or noticeable. The seat post clamp does't tighten all the way so I'm assuming a longer screw for the clamp is needed. which is why I rated 4/5 stars. I also checked out the bottom bracket area, and it looks really clean. It isn't painted on the inside, which is good, that way a bottom bracket is able to fit right in. I also did a test fitment on some 700c wheels, they are a little snug but also fits in. The rear was good, but has no room for chain-tensioners. Can't complain for the service and overall quality of the product for the price. I feel confident about this being my first build.

There are a lot of pros and cons to this bike set. And this is a long review

For the budget i was on for my build this was the frame that i liked. I couldn't afford a LEADER or an unknown LV1 or a jamis sonic but this frame looks exactly the same. As a matter of fact the guy at the LBS asked me if it was a leader.

So the looks gets a 5/5

The dimensions on the bike are a little weird , the top tube is slanted more than my commuter was and also the bb sits pretty low ( i bought the largest size frame) my crank arms are a 170mm so that could be the problem but so far i haven't experienced any scrapping. Just keep in mind that 165mm cranks would prolly be a better choice

Weight is roughly 6lbs for the frame another whopping 2lbs for the fork ..if your like me and expected this to be light (which my commuter was a hi ten steel so this is insanely light in comparison) don't be fooled and get a carbon fork just to keep the weight down.

Now the big reason i gave this 4/5 wasnt because of the little over spray on the BBC threads and it wasn't because the unusual dimensions it was the PITA seat post.

First of all i don't care how much you spend on your frame set you expect to get correct parts right?. Well the seat post DOES NOT FIT. It is maybe .05-.15 mm off that doesn't sound like alot but trust me if you tried to tighten it normally the post will slip and slip and slip. The bolt they give you for the clamp is not only to short but doesn't tighten anything for the simple fact that its to short. I tried for two , TWO whole hours trying to wedge that mf'r tight enough to keep it at the height i needed but couldn't get it. I tried to tape the post itself and trust me that's a waste of time because as the post slips it pulls the tape up and off.

But i have good news i found a fix for it ....... Teflon/medical tape either or. Just put tape in the down tube and tighten that clamp as much as possible and you should be fine.

The whole problem with that is though , you shouldn't have to fix anything. The bike should come with the correct parts , period.

But aside from that shipping was quick for standard shipping , the bike looks great and is much quicker feeling than your average hi ten road bike so for the price i cant do much complaining . however if i did have an extra 150 dollars i would have gotten the name brand although i like the debadged look

I ordered this on monday. Got it on friday. It was all wrapped up nicely. All sizes are accurate. I didnt have to re machine the bottom bracket. Seat post tightened just fine. Great frame. And it is LIGHT.

The bike was not assembled when I received it. The website did not indicate that assembly would be required. When I inquired for assembly instructions, they were quick to respond. However the instructions were not adequate to put the bike together which was in over 100 pieces. I eventually had to take it to a local bike shop for assembly. Since the bike has been assembled it has been so much fun to ride.

The frame is not straight: the pipe that holds the seat post is not properly aligned. The "self-locking nuts" used to assemble the frame had to be replaced; they stripped.

After spending literally days shopping for trikes on the web, as well as bike shops, I decided on this one for several reasons. It looks alittle stronger than some trikes, the price and free shipping and the six speeds.

Assembly was a challenge. The instructions were for a different trike and gave you only a few instructions and they basically were useless. Since I am mechanically inclined and have worked on bikes all my life, I took the challenge to put it together myself. After alot of trial and error, mostly error, I got it together. The first thing I realized is that the seat with the back is entirely too small and I couldn't tighten the seat enough to keep it from moving. I bought a new seat and after closer examination I saw the back can be taken off. It is great to ride, but needs a little getting used to. You need to be careful so you don't get on slopes sideways, like the end of a driveway. It can easily be turned over, if not careful. A little leaning the right way helps. I look forward to riding it all over our development when the weather is nicer.

The shipper was very helpful. The web said that it didn't contain instructions and had to send for them I did that and they sent them the same day, by e-mail. They were for another trike. There were instructions in the box, but were the same as the e-mail. There was no color choice given,, but the company themselves called me and wondered what color I wanted. The package came a day before promised and had only a small tear in the box.

Amazon had a price of $409.90 and free shipping, but e-bay had them for $80.00 less but $80.00 shipping.

So far to me it is a great trike and am glad I can again get to riding.

The two pages of instructions were the worst I have ever seen. The forks to hold the back tires were bent as were the frames to hold the finders. The paint was peeling in five places, one on the front finder , one on one of the back finders and three on the frame. There were no papers to register the bike and no warranty.

I purchased this bike for my husband that has trouble with his balance. His doing ok with the bike but needs more practice! Be careful riding on anything other than very flat surfaces, it WILL tip over. Love the Bell!!! and the basket.

this BB is fine for onroad and light off road but it may be worth the extra 8 bucks for the UN54 which runs much smoother and is by far stonger.

This product was purchased because it is the reccommended bottom bracket for the the Alivio crankset that I reviewed earlier. I've read in some of the customer reviews that this product fails under heavy use. That really wasn't a concern of mine as my bike isn't ever subjected to heavy use. I use it mostly for short trips within my neighborhood. This BB is very smooth and it's easy to install if you have the proper tool. It's a perfect fit for what I use it for. It's also priced right.

In my old age, I have lost patience with loose ball bottom brackets and if they give me any grief at all, I yank 'em out and put in cartridge BB's like this one.

I use the ordinary Shimano ones like this and have never had a problem with any of 'em in the fifteen years I've been doing this on my own and others' bikes.

You do have to make sure you get the correct threading, shell width, and axle length, of course.This size, 68 x 123 mm, fits a lot of low end and mid-grade mountain and hybrid bikes but you need to measure to be sure.

Bottom brackets shouldn't just break. Mine did.

According to the instructions on my bike, the bottom bracket was a Shimano. But when I pulled it, it was a different brand. Maybe that's why it broke?

The Shimano BB-UN26 is a pretty common cartridge on bikes. This one has a hard plastic locking ring/sleeve, which is my only complaint. Having said that, the plastic might allow for easier replacement on threads that are rusted or damaged. Just pay close attention to the instructions, because you do not want to add a petroleum product onto a plastic locking ring.

Pay attention to the direction of the threads!

If you have a torque wrench, use it. This is the 3rd time I've been able to use mine, and it felt good to know that I was torquing the bracket to the correct tightness.

I've been having a hard time with short Presta valves and extension valves, it's just way more convenient with these tubes. I ride 58mm Carbon Clincher from American Classic and the 80mm Presta's fits perfectly. Whether I gonna get more flats or not I don't know yet, but I hardly doubt it, it's the tire that typically determent that.
