Surly makes good stuff. This cog is no different. It is solid and heavy (a good thing for a fixie in my opinion). I don't have any doubts about this and expect it to last a long time. I've already but several hundred miles on it. Can't go wrong with this.

Used this 15 tooth cog on my fixed gear conversion...40 tooth in the front, this 15 in the back. 27 inch wheels and 165mm crankset.

It's a Surly product, so you know it's quality. Make sure to get the lockring too.
