I bought this pump because of it's size and portability. With that I am very satisfied since it fits comfortable in my bag or it straps onto the bike frame easily.
My only complaint is that it's difficult to hold the pump upright while you're using it. I think if it had 2 legs instead of 1 it might be easier to use. Aside from that it's pretty good. Can't beat the price.

The little piece inside the hoes doesn't press the air release well, so it does not inflate tires well.
The gauge (the reason I got this pump) is unusable, since it's on the bottom of pump, and is faced towards the floor.
Once you stop pumping, it goes back to zero position, so there is no way to actually be able to read it while pumping.
I got it for $8, and wouldn't recommend paying more for it.
This is an emergency, to-go pump, as it is compact, but hard to use (and forget about the gauge).

I bought it for less than $13 and that's pretty cheap for a frame pump with a gauge. The gauge is working but not quite responsive. As advertised, you can use it like a floor pump but it is not easy to read the gauge reading when you pump this way. It works well at high pressure and it looks reliable. Good bargain for that kind of money
Honest reviews on Avenir Super Combi Pump with Guage
this pump is great. it only cost me $12. i strongly recommend a pump with a hose so you don't stress the valve like you do with those other $10 direct valve pumps. doesn't seem to be extremely durable. i own the topeak road morph which is superior in every way to this pump here, but that one costs $30. i bought this one because i have several bikes with schraeder and presta valves, and don't like fiddling with changing the heads to fit either one. so i use the road morph and this one. love this one if you're trying to stay cheap, but if you want stronger durability, go with the road morph.
