Exactly what it says it is. Although, it is hard to tell from the picture what the mount looks like on the axle. I had ordered the wrong type and had to exchange it.

If you are good with working on bikes then this is an easy replacement. I have a few rides on it and no trouble so far. I'm glad it was replaceable and I didn't have to replace the hub or wheel entirely.
