The three aforementioned brands are all the same straps, just re-branded. These are of much higher quality leather than the others, my set of All City straps cracked in multiple places when I installed them, and proceeded to stretch and look awful. The Avenirs have held up great. They are also a much more sensible length, I have size 12 feet and still have several inches left over, the All Citys were way too long and had to be cut, which looked pretty ugly.

They aren't Toshis, but considering they cost less than the branded straps that aren't even as nice, I highly recommend these.

Bought these after giving a pair of Origin8 Double Toe clips a week on my hybrid. Straps are very durable and well made, comfortable and keep your feet on the pedals.

I ride with these on my commuter with metal cages and pedals. They're strong and wrap higher up on your feet than single straps. You can really crank up and down on these and there's no give. I'm happy with them.

These straps feel tougher than my old double straps from Origin 8. They feel like they can hold a cup open better.

The material is stiff enough so that they'll remain open for easy clipping-in. The double-strap design is a little overkill, but it does work to make the toeclip more stable overall. This is a good option if you'll be using large-ish shoes/boots while riding your bike.
