Great little light. My light options were somewhat limited because I wanted to mount on an aero seatpost. I chose this light for that reason and fits my Giant Defy Advanced great. The light is bright and on the flash pattern is attention grabbing. I would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed this light when I had it. It came with my Fizik Take saddle and I was surprised at how well it worked. After a mere 2 months though, I came back on a ride and realized it had fallen off from the battery cover (black portion). I contacted Cateye and let's see how they respond.

I bought three of these Cateye lights along with the Cateye brackets for the Fizik brand of seats. The lights work great ... they aren't kidding when they say they will get anyone's attention in the rapid flash mode. They match up nicely with the Fizik brand seat mount and the light becomes literally part of the seat. When I say part of the seat I mean it. So much so that I am going to buy two more lights to install on our other two bikes as they really clip in and hold tight ... Definitely not a bad thing.

Nice mounting system, decent brightness (fine for the dusk/dark but not too visible in the daylight). Three modes: straight blink, crazy lights, and solid (center LED only). Takes one AA battery, which is included.

For the price, this light is great. I'm much less hesitant to ride in the dark now.
