The ONLY reason i didn't rate this a 5 is because it doesn't have hand breaks. Stopping by pushing back on the pedals remind me of my bikes when i was 5. I know that this is the style of the bike, but it's still rather annoying. My husbands Urban 7 speed has hand brakes and this would be the PERFECT bike if it also did.

However, it's definitely a quality bike from a quality company. Absolutely no complaints besides the brakes. The price is insanely good for what you get. It's a toss up wether to get this bike or the 7 speed (i assume the 7 has hand brakes), because the ease of maintenance and use of the 3 speed is just such a plus to this bike! But, either way buy a bike from this company. They're so much better than walmart bikes for almost the same price!

I just got my new bike from BeachBikes, and I love it! It is candy apple red (my favorite color), 3 speeds, comfy seat...My husband put it together for me in about 30 minutes with a minimum of fussing. Can't wait to ride it when my foot heals from recent surgery. Happy Mother's Day to me!
